Continued trade counter lettings at Hampton Business Park, Hanworth
The tenant line up at Hanworth business Park continues to strengthen with the latest letting to Toolstation. The tenant has taken Unit 7 a 7,071 sqft trade counter building at a rent of £8.75 per sqft on a 10 year lease. Toolsation joins existing occupiers Screwfix, Dulux, Benchmax and Frames. A further unit is under offer and only two units remain.
