PATRICK RYAN JOINS DE&J LEVY OFFICE AGENCY DEPARTMENT AS PARTNER

DE&J Levy has poached Patrick Ryan from Capita Symonds as a salaried partner to specialise in occupier agency in London's West End.
Ryan will begin in the role in March. The move follows recent appointments by DE&J Levy, including the hire of Matt Sharman from Cluttons to head a new London residential and mixed-use development division, and Simon Tann from CB Richard Ellis as Equity Partner to head the Office Agency and Development department.
