Olympics glory for DE&J Levy

De & J Levy is capitalising on the short term letting market to Olympic related tenants in the East London market.
LoCOG has taken Unit 1 Marsh Gate Business Centre, E15 a 46,111 sqft industrial unit which is located immediately adjacent to the South gate of the Olympic park.
LoCOG has taken a 12 month lease expiring Sept 2012 to provide a support centre for storage of equipment for the Olympic opening and closing ceremonies.
Also the London Ambulance Service has taken Union Wharf, E16 a 32,000 sqft warehouse for 12 months to provide a service centre and storage for ambulances which will be used at the Olympic venues.
