DE & J Levy, acting on behalf of Damian Hirst's company Science Limited, has acquired a new warehouse for the group at 8 Parkfields Industrial Estate, Culvert Road, London SW11.

Nick Treadaway of DE & J Levy's Industrial Department commented that: 'Science Ltd appointed DE & J Levy to acquire a warehouse for themselves within close proximity of some of its existing properties near Vauxhall.

'Due to the number of developments in the area and the gradual reduction in suitable properties, this proved a tricky search. Despite these market conditions, DE & J Levy was able to identify a suitable opportunity that met the criteria given at the outset of the process'.
