Following a recent refurbishment of the estate, project managed by DE&J Levy's Building Surveying Department, Edmundson Electrical has taken the decision to double the size of its operation by re-gearing the existing lease and taking a new 10 year lease on the adjoining unit at £8 per sq ft.
