SOUTH AFRICAN HIGH COMMISSION EXPANDS IN WHITEHALL, 16th January 2008

The South African High Commission has expanded its operation at 15 Whitehall, London, SW1 having agreed a letting with a private client of DE & J Levy by taking a total of 11,500 sq ft (1,068 sq m).

The owner had undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade of the building to include a new self contained entrance for the SAHC’s Consulate operation on the ground floor.

New 15-year leases were granted at a total rent of £516,170 per annum reflecting a prime rent of £46 per sq ft.
