On behalf of Canada Life, DE & J Levy has let the final floor in its comprehensively refurbished Thirty Haymarket to NAVTEQ Europe BV.  

NAVTEQ Europe BV have taken the 1^st floor of 3,070 sq ft at £36.50 psf on a 5 year lease with 3 year break.  

The building which provides circa 18,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation is now fully let as follows:
