DE & J LEVY INSTRUCTED TO LET ONE HANOVER STREET, 2nd July 2010

 

 

DE & J Levy has been instructed to market the prestigious One Hanover Street development on behalf of The Crown Estate.

One Hanover Street was developed in 2004, when the 125,000 sq ft of offices were first let. The building, which fronts Regent Street, is best known as the home of the Apple Store, and also houses Apple’s European head office.
