Andrew specialises in valuation and Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidation claims and other lease advisory services. He acts for both institutional and private landlords, corporate and small business tenants, throughout Greater London and beyond.

Andrew also undertakes valuation work for statutory purposes: non-domestic rating, capital gains tax and compulsory purchase representing clients in disputes.

Andrew frequently acts as an Expert Witness with resolution before Arbitrators, Independent Experts, the Courts and Mediation.
