Gary Barlow

Gary has worked in the surveying profession within London and the South East for eight years. During this time he has worked in private practice, public sector and within client organisations.

The diverse client base has provided him with great experience and a strong technical knowledge of a variety of buildings including educational, ecclesiastical, industrial, commercial and residential. He has advised Royal Mail, The Salvation Army, Grosvenor Estates and various high net worth individuals

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Gary has expertise in core surveying disciplines including design & specification, contract administration, building pathology, neighbourly matters and Landlord & Tenant issues such as landlord approvals and dilapidations, but specialises in Project Management of building refurbishments and fit outs.

He enjoys extreme sports and whenever possible spends his weekends mountain biking.
