Matt Sharman

Matt has over 12 years experience in residential development focusing on mixed use site acquisitions and disposals across Greater London. Matt has acted for a range of land owners, developers, house builders, investors and institutions. Transactions have included the sale of land to the rear of the British Library for £85m on behalf of the DCMS, selling a range of sites for Goldcrest Land totalling £35m and disposing of Albany Terrace on behalf of the Crown Estate.

Matt moved to DE&J Levy in 2011 to set up the firm's Residential Division, recently augmented by signing an agreement with Hamptons International in respect of new home sales.

Matt is a recognised advisor on residential issues and is a committee member of the Residential Development Agents Society.
