Nick Treadaway

Nick Treadaway is a Partner in the Industrial Agency, Investment & Development team with 10 years experience having switched from a short spell in the asset management department. Nick specialises primarily in the London and South-East industrial leasing market advising occupiers, developers and institutions on their acquisition and disposal programmes.

Nick has worked successfully on the marketing of a number of London multi-let industrial schemes including SE Point London SE1 (95,000 sq ft) for Exton Estates and Royal London Asset Management, Data Point  E16 (50,000 sq ft) for Rugby Estates and Marshgate and Poplar Business Parks on behalf of Workspace Group.

Nick also provides development consultancy advice to a range of clients with strategic London land holdings and those looking to invest into prime London residential development opportunities. Most recently Nick advised RER on the acquisition on Mayfair Chambers, London, W1 for a luxury residential development, programmed for completion in 2012.

Nick is actively involved in the industrial agency network and sits on the National Committee of Industrial Agents Society. He is a keen sportsman and aside from playing cricket and football on a regular basis, is a proud season ticket holder at Watford Football Club.
