Simon Brown

Simon is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 7 years experience in all areas of building surveying and project management. In particular, he has been involved in numerous refurbishment projects for commercial clients within all property sectors acting for clients as diverse as Canada Life, Rugby Estates and CBRE Investors.

Simon has a considerable amount of experience in all areas of building surveying including contract administration, building surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall matters, landlord approvals and dilapidations, acting for both tenants and landlords.

Simon is also a keen swimmer and enjoys playing 5 aside football.
