Simon Heilpern

Simon has over 25 years experience in office agency and investment and is widely considered to be one of the pre-eminent investment agents in Central London. Having joined DE&J Levy in 1997 Simon is now Head of Investment and Development and Managing Partner responsible for strategy. In 2006 his team was responsible for over 10% of West End turnover. 

Simon is an established and trusted advisor to a variety of Institutions, Property Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private individuals and Trusts.

Recent market leading transactions have include the sale of 129 Wilton Road for Terrace Hill (£53.5 million) the acquisition of Grand Buildings, Trafalgar Square for Istithmar (£155 million), the acquisitions of 5 Strand (£53.5 million) and 125 Shaftesbury Avenue for BlackRock (£107.5 million).

He has a strong track record of purchasing sites for a variety of developers, with DE&J Levy working through these assets from purchase, letting and through to the eventual investment sale.
