Simon Tann is Partner in Charge of Office Agency and Development and has 20 years experience. He specialises in Office Development Consultancy and Leasing and complements this with office acquisition and advisory work for a range of occupiers.
Simon joined DE&J Levy in 2010, from CBRE where he spent 10 years as Head of West End Agency. During that time Simon was responsible for the Development consultancy and Leasing of 500,000 sq ft at Cardinal Place in Victoria for Land Securities, the pre let of 100,000 sq ft at Telstar in Paddington for Derwent London and a number of other significant lettings in buildings such as 23 Savile Row . He also advised The Crown Estate on the development of Air W1.
Since joining the firm, Simon let 72,000 sq ft at One Hanover Street for The Crown Estate, and advises The Crown Estate on a range of matters from small lettings through to major Development projects, both on Regent Street and in St.James's. In addition, Simon advised Lancer Property Asset Management on the 42,000 sq ft letting to Rathbones at One Curzon Street. Other existing clients include ING, Legal & General, Standard Life, Canada Life, Threadneedle, and UK Real Estate.
On the occupier side, Simon recently advised MPG Media Contacts, part of the Havas Group on the acquisition of 60 St.Martin's Lane, a 32,000 sq ft new development in Covent Garden, and is advising other occupiers including Rocco Forte Hotels and Innocean Worldwide.
