Tom Jeffery has been working in the Investment & Development Team for over 6 years. Since joining he has been involved in some of London's most high profile acquisitions and disposals.

Recently he has been involved in the acquisition of 14-16 Cockspur Street on behalf of the Embassy of Brazil, acquiring and disposing of 117 Jermyn Street for a 40% profit and acquirng and disposing of Westminster Palace Gardens which gave the investor an IRR of over 40%.

Furthermore he has been involved in selling numerous properties, the highlights including 129 Wilton Road (Terrance Hill) and Kings House, Haymarket (The Crown Estate).
