Will Hutchinson

Will Hutchinson joined the Industrial Agency, Investment & Development team following graduation from Durham University in 2007 and is currently completing his APC.

Since joining the team Will has worked across all industrial disciplines on behalf of a variety of property companies and institutional clients. Will has recently dealt with the acquisition of a new indoor racetrack for Team Sport UK at Tower Bridge Business Complex, the leasing of 150,000 sq ft of refurbished warehousing at Hampton Business Park on behalf of clients CBRE Global Investors and the sale of Warehouse K E16, a 133,000 sq ft mixed use scheme on behalf of Mount Bay Investments.

Will is a keen sportsman and enjoys nothing more than a long summer's afternoon on the cricket pitch.
