BUILDING CONSULTANCY

Building Surveying and Building Consultancy.

D E & J Levy LLP provides the full range of project management and building consultancy services.

As project managers for new build, refurbishment and fitting out works, we are able to offer a full service to our clients, from the selection of the project team and contractor to the coordination of works on site and relocation services.  Our services are always tailored to the client’s particular requirements, but frequently include the preparation and tendering of a full specification of works, contract administration, CDM coordination, quantity surveying and space planning.  Our track record for delivering high quality projects on time and within budget is the result of our meticulous attention to detail and the regular project meetings and site visits that we consider to be the key to our success.

Our building consultancy services include dealing with party wall matters, dilapidations, licences for alterations and preparing building reinstatement cost assessments (fire insurance valuations) and preventative planned maintenance reports.  In all cases, we provide a bespoke, flexible, hands-on approach, tailored to suit the client’s requirements.
