DE & J Levy advised Canada Life on the comprehensive redevelopment of Thirty Haymarket, to provide 18,000 sq ft of modern Grade A offices within the prestigious St James’s area of London’s West End. After the completion of the re-development DE & J Levy successfully let the entire scheme throughout 2009-2010.

Scottish Widows Pension Fund instructed DE & J Levy to let 16,000 sq ft at the prestigious St James’s office scheme at Dukes Court, Duke Street St James’s. The offices underwent a comprehensive refurbishment to provide Grade A office accommodation over floor plates ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft.

DE & J Levy have been instructed to market 67,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation over three floors on behalf of their client, The Crown Estate. The Office comprises 140,000 sq which was redeveloped in conjunction with Stanhope in 2004 and houses the European Headquarters of Apple as well as other notable occupiers. The top three floors, which boast external terraces of some 4,000 sq ft, are being comprehensively refurbished back to Category A standard and will represent the largest available space in core Mayfair when it becomes available in Q4 2010.

DE & J Levy have been instructed to market 6,300 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation by their clients Canada Life. The ground floor of 4,000 sq ft and the first floor of 2,300 sq ft have undergone a comprehensive redevelopment to provide Grade A specification in the Heart of London's St James's. DE & J Levy's Building Consultancy Department are overseeing the construction works which are due to complete in September 2010.
