DE & J Levy is the retained surveyor for Maybourne Hotels, part of Quinlan Private, owners of Claridges, The Connaught Hotel and The Berkely Hotel, having been involved with the hotels during the ownership of both the Savoy Hotel plc and The Blackstone Group.

The firm acquired the lease of this property for Francos who have established a reputation as one of London’s finest Italian restaurants.
The firm also project coordinated Francos fit out programme from conception to completion.

DE & J Levy acted for Capital & Counties to effect the surrender of two existing leases at the premises, with an immediate letting of the entire accommodation, after planning and licensing issues had been dealt with, to the exciting new nightclub, the Cuckoo Club.
