DE&J Levy were instructed to market 72,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation over three floors on behalf of The Crown Estate.  The Office comprises 140,000 sq which was redeveloped in conjunction with Stanhope in 2004 and houses the European Headquarters of Apple as well as other notable occupiers.  The top three floors, which boast external terraces of some 4,000 sq ft, were comprehensively refurbished back to Category A standard and we let to Exane and Apple within 6 months.

Javelin Group - Acquisition

 

Major e- commerce and multi channel retail consultancy were looking to expand from their existing New Fetter Lane offices of 10,000 sq ft. An extensive search of the Midtown and Western City Fringe was undertaken and we were able to secure newly refurbished offices of 15,000 sq ft from Helical Bar on a new 10 year lease with the ability to expand within the building.
