DE&J Levy have acted on behalf of Noved Investment Company for over 30 years on this multi-tenanted office complex in Wedgwood Mews, just off Greek Street and have advised the landlord with regard to numerous rent reviews and lease renewals.
Acting for Land Securities plc for the last 25 years in respect of the rent reviews of Westminster Council's offices in Victoria comprising circa 180,000 sq ft of accommodation.
Representing LaSalle Investment Management in a lease renewal of this 20,000 sq ft industrial property.
Advising Blackrock on this 60,000 sq ft office building in Soho, where the rent review was unable to be agreed by negotiations and the case was heard at Arbitration.
